These hair scrunchies are great for using up left-over yarn--so you can clean out the clutter. You can get the elastic bands at Target (20 for $1.99). Then just use an appropriate size crochet hook for the yarn and chain in loops of 10 to 15 depending on the thickness of your yarn. Weave the loops over and back until you have a suitable amount to over the elastic. Heavier yarns work better but ribbon yarns are fine too.
