A Monthly Sale?

I would like feedback about an idea that has been put forward a few times recently.  What would you think about a Monthly Sale of one particular type of manufacturer's yarn?  For example, Dale's Baby Uhl or Vittadini's Dianna?  It has appeal to me because it is easy to manage and set up.  The yarn could all be centralized in a bucket/basket or two, which would make it easier for you also.  Another fun idea would be to have sales based on colors.  Orange and black for Halloween - Red and Green for the December Holidays, etc.  This is a lot more time consuming to set up, since it would entail gathering the choice colors over the entire selection of yarns in the store.  Well, it is something to think about.  John

Any sale of any kind would be great - especially with advance notice. As for a sale on specific colours, there's no reason why you'd have to gather the yarns together - just have a sign indicating that the discount will be given at the time of purchase on these colours. Since alot of people are already working on Christmas gifts, red and green would be a good choice.

I would love a sale on a particular yarn/brand. Would be great if you could post a list online so we could plan purchases around the sales.
